If you live in NY, NJ, or RI, and your address is serviceable, we will offer a mobile phlebotomy option for an additional $99 for traditional blood draws (venous). If you do not qualify for the mobile phlebotomy option, our at-home hormone kit is available for NJ and RI. If there are any issues due to this, we will gladly refund your money and will help with any questions or steps you have along the way. Our prescription services are available in all 50 states.

This test will calculate your optimization score and biological age, aka how old your cells are. Better understand your liver health, immune health, inflammation, kidney health and metabolic function.

We email you instructions to help get you set up at the lab.
Once results are final, we will email you a scheduling link to review results.
We will help you draft a receipt for HSA/FSA to submit back to your insurance for reimbursement. Generally, labs are covered under these plans but we cannot guarantee how each plan covers HSA/FSA. Just ask your health coach during your appointment and we’ll ensure you have all the tools you need to submit.
Labs within the last 90 days can be used in some instances. We cannot guarantee that you won’t need new labs based on your lab values and the biomarkers that were ran previously. You are still welcome to schedule a consultation for $59 to see whether this is needed while uploading your previous labs. We will help guide you in the best way possible and our licensed clinicians will evaluate whether new labs are needed for further evaluation or prescribed medications.

Our coaches can provide guidance, general information, and most importantly, be your liaison when you need answers from your provider.
Our health coaches’ experience and expertise range from nurses, registered dietitians, personal trainers, naturopathic doctors to navy seals.
